Kickboxing training beginning

On my first day on starting training it has been intense. I started to realise that the place I was training at was pretty packed not going to lie. I got used to seeing some family members at the place. The routine was 4:30 everyone would go for a run around the block probably twice or once. The would teach us the basics of kick boxing then we would split up in groups do different things. We first do the combo's we've learnt then we stop do some push ups pull ups  and sit ups.
